lake gathering, ANCA Gallery, Canberra,19-30 March 2008
Lake Gathering was part of the 2008 Weereewa, a Festival of Lake George.
The work I produced for the Lake Gathering exhibition at the ANCA Gallery in Canberra evolved from my Lake George exhibition last year and my recent work for an exhibition on Nothingness.
Gap Lines and Lakoona Lines are part of my Weereewa Lines series which connects my own spiritual beliefs as they relate to the way I live and how I respond to the environment and landscape.
In this case the landscape is Lake George, just outside of Canberra on the way to Sydney.
